Qualifications:

*
Fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written
*
Minimum of 7 (seven) years experience in Human Resources with
Oil, Gas and Geothermal drilling company
*
Possess strong knowledge and experiences in Industrial Relations
and Government & Community Relations
*
Have good understanding of the prevailing Manpower Laws and
implementation decrees
*
Holding Bachelor Degree from any discipline
*
Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

*
Manage employment levels within the company in order to ensure
efficient staff levels
*
Manage payroll matters across operational areas
*
Manage expatriate related employment matters
*
Manage field personnel working schedule/roster
*
Develop, administer and maintain contractual matters related to personnel
*
Develop workable systems to increase the efficiency in managing
Human Resources
*
Manage and process employee recruitment and termination
*
Coordinate with field personnel in all aspects related to the
employment matters
*
Coordinate and administering training programs (both internal
and external)
*
Establish and maintain good relationship with the recruitment
services and outsourcing companies
