This position will responsible for handling incoming calls, customer’s inquiry and complaint, as well as assist to fill their needs, to maintain our service excellence.
General Requirement:
*
Female, max. 30 years old.
*
Good looking appearance with min. heights 160 cm.
*
Diploma degree, any discipline.
*
Minimum 2 years experience in same position, having experience in hospitality and/or fashion industry will be advantage (kindly expose in details your experience as CS in your resume).
*
A team player, customer and result oriented person, proactive, self-motivated, dynamic and strategic thinking person.
*
Possessing positive work attitudes, initiatives and maturity in dealing with people.
*
Excellent communication skill in English, written and verbal.
*
Computer literate, hands on in Excel, Word.
