We are currently recruiting for one of the biggest IT MNC based in
Jakarta which is urgently in need of an IT technical professional to
join their team.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finance

1. Builds the budget for his/her area of responsibility.
2. Periodically provides financial analysis as per business
indicators (e.g. payback, profitability, etc.) or each time is
requested.

Administration

1. Administrates and updates the Picture of Success implementation,
chillers and other valuable POS assets database.
2. Maintains an accurate registry of contracts and documents needed
for Picture of Success implementation at flagship outlet and other
consumer's/customer's promo administration.
3. Monthly analyses the performance of flagship outlet and proposes
improvement actions in order to increase sales.
4. Maintains a permanent connection with the sales force in regard
to the Picture of Success implementation results and performance.

Acquisitions.

1. To drive On Premise (Horeca)'s achievement toward monthly and
yearly sales volume target.
2. To identify new and potential On Premise (Horeca) Account, to
create and optimize the quality of development of the business
opportunity which fit to the company's targeted market.
3. To ensure and maintain good relationship with key accounts and
key contacts.
4. To implement and supervise channel activation based on Marketing Calendar.
5. To grow company's business at Account Level, through new
program, contract, partnership, point of engagements etc. in line with
Company's Marketing Plan and P/L Analysis.
6. To get market insight and capture opportunity in order to drive
sales of company's brand to penetrate premium or high class outlet.
7. To stand between Account and other related parties (On Premise
Team, Customer Service, Depo, ATL BTL Agency), to well coordinate
every specific purpose and needs.

Reports.

1. Provides reports on sales efficacy and other job KPI's.
2. Provides financial efficiency reports to Group (On premise
Departement) through Sales Controlling.
3. Provides reports on competitors activities

Others.

1. Coordinate with All Team to ensure high synergy and drive sales
growth at On Premise (Horeca) Channel.
2. Coordinate with Customer Service and Internal Depots to ensure
product delivery.
3. Coordinate with ATL/BTL Agency to supervise and ensure smooth
and good implementation of (Trade) Marketing Program at Account.
4. Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by
management on a daily or a continuing basis, within his/her area of
competency.
5. Ability to develop route to market on Horeca Channel

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

*
Fresh Graduate but preferably having max 4-5 years experience in
On Premise (Horeca) Industries / Proximity Channel or other related
experiences

Good network in relation with On Premise (Horeca) Community
*
Possess good analytical and creative skills, high sense of field
quality and timing
*
Strong in presentation skill
*
Sense of responsibility and enthusiasm to learn
*
Sociable and flexible person
*
Flexible working after office hours
