Marketing Assistant for Medical Division

(MA- MED)

(Non Permanent Position)

Marketing Assistant for Medical Division (MA-MED) Post Date: 07 May 09

The candidate will be responsible to handle various secretarial and
administration tasks within sales & marketing areas such as: providing
general secretarial support to sales & marketing personnel, supporting
promotion activities & other marketing events and performs other
miscellaneous duties as assigned. He/ she will support Medical
Division.

Minimum Requirements:

* Diploma Degree (D3), preferably with the minimum of one year
experience as a Secretary in the Marketing area or a Marketing Support
in Pharmaceuticals Industry.
* Having ability to operate computer especially for MS Office applications.
* Possessing good interpersonal and communication skill.
* Having basic marketing skill and knowledge will be advantage.
* Good command in English for both spoken and written.
* Willing to be hired under contractual basis employment with
initial period of 5 months.
* Working Location: 3M Office – Plasa DM, Sudirman.
