People Development Officer (Junior Manager Level)
You will be responsible for developing assesment tools based on
competency and handling performance management.
Qualifications:
* Min. S1 degree from reputable University, preferably in
Psychology, with GPA ≥ 2.75
* Male / Female, max 30 years old
* Min. 2 years experience as Assessor and having experience in
creating assessment tools (In Tray, FGD, Case Study)
* Good knowledge in Competency-Based HR Management, Assessment
Center and Talent Management
* Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
* Having exceptional interpersonal, & communication
* Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
* Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
