Requirements:
* Male / Female min. 35 years old with Master degree from
reputable university majoring Business Law or business management
* Have extensive experience in leading a team or company
* Posses special set of skills, sense of leadership, honesty,
professionalism, integrity and highly dedicated to support and develop
the well being of the company
* Good communication (in English both oral and written),
interpersonal skill & leadership
* Experience min. 5 years as Corporate Secretary / Asst. Director
/Director or related managerial position
* Extensive comprehension of local corporate and Real Estate
Related regulations and laws; Good understanding in drafting contract
and legal
* Financial understanding of
* Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solution
Responsibilities:
* Assist, advise and support President Director in internal and
external affairs;
* Attending to all queries in relation to corporate secretary
issues of the company, regulation, etc
* As Advisor about law's company management and practice on
legal-related-issues on company actions
* Facilitate and foster closer relationship and partnership with
government and private company.
